Delete your account

You can delete your EarnNaija account yourself here, or in the app under Settings, then Privacy & security, then Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, about line and ID-check details.
• All your chats: messages, photos, voice notes, status updates, posts, comments, calls, contacts and blocks.
• Your notification and sign-in keys on every phone. Nobody can sign in to the account again.

What we keep

Payment, withdrawal and ledger records with your name removed, because the law requires us to keep financial records. They can no longer be linked to you by name, email or phone.

Before you start

We cannot delete an account that still has money in the wallet, a loan that is not repaid, or a withdrawal that is still being paid. Withdraw or settle first. It cannot be undone.
